Where to Watch Worlds 2022 Live and Recorded
The official broadcasts of Worlds 2022 will take place on 19 streams. The World Cup will be heard and seen by residents of different regions, but the main language of broadcasting remains English - the official broadcast will take place on Twitch Riot Games.
If for some reason you are unable to watch your favorite matches live, all recordings can be found on Riot's official YouTube. The American company carefully approaches the issue of publishing VODs and covering their events.
Prize fund and distribution of awards
The main reward in League of Legends has always been the Summoner's Cup, but cash prizes are not going anywhere. The teams will compete for a $2,250,000 price pull.
By tradition, the prize pool distribution formula will be made public after the end of Worlds 2022. Based on the experience of past World Championships, the winners of the Summoner's Cup will receive over 20% of the total amount.

There are 24 teams competing for the Summoner's Cup this year. There is no revelation in the number of teams playing, but this season has not been without incident.
Europe took the place of LCL representatives. When choosing a region for an additional slot at Worlds 2022, Riot Games was guided by the results for the past two years and the number of teams from local leagues at Worlds 2022. 4 teams are going to Worlds 2022 from South Korea and China, so Europe received an additional place.

For those who really watch the championship, but do not know who to pay attention to, we recommend that you take a closer look at EDward Gaming, RNG, Mad Lions, Rogue and Cloud9. The former are the reigning world champions, the latter are the MSI champions who lost a lot during the summer split, Mad Lions, the team that got to the Worlds due to the reorganization of the slot distribution process, and Rogue and Cloud9 are the discovery of the West (one in Europe, the second in North America).
In addition to the above teams, we are watching T1, G2, JD Gaming, Gen.G. However, every team at Worlds 2022 is worthy of mention and honor.
