FURIA lost to underdogs with a score of 13:0 in the ESL Pro League Season 19
In the ESL Pro League Season 19, there was an 'unbelievable' match where Fallen and his team lost to FORZE with a stand-in on their best map with a score of 13:0.
FURIA vs. FORZE in ESL Pro League Season 19:
- 1. FORZE removed Vertigo
- 2. FURIA removed Anubis
- 3. FORZE picked Nuke
- 4. FURIA picked Overpass
- 5. FORZE removed Inferno
- 6. FURIA removed Mirage
- 7. Ancient was left over
On the starting map, Nuke, the Brazilian team demonstrated uncertain defense, winning only 4 rounds, which proved to be extremely insufficient against FORZE's strong defense. On the second map, Overpass, FURIA disappointed fans with a dreadful attack and one of the worst performances in recent times. The Brazilians couldn't take a single round on the Overpass map, and the entire team finished the match with a negative KD. Betting on the newcomer 'kye' didn't pay off; he only managed to secure 11 frags across 2 played maps, which is extremely low for playing at the tier-1 level, and FORZE is not such a tier team.
We want to remind you that FORZE includes the British player Owen 'smooya' Butterfield, and after their debut match against the Ukrainian team Monte, he tweeted "Slava Ukraini," which sparked a storm of negative emotions among Russian fans. More details on this can be found.
