Zhao "XinQ" Jixing, a player for Xtreme Gaming, voiced his frustrations with the ESL One Birmingham 2024 Dota 2 tournament on social media. His comments were translated from Chinese and posted on Reddit.

XinQ's primary complaint is the overly bright lighting at the tournament venue.

"The lighting at the stadium is painfully bright, and there’s no way to dim it. It’s so intense that it hurts my eyes, making it difficult to play," he explained.

Additionally, XinQ criticized the tournament organizers for their scheduling practices.

"We're still in the group stages, yet they send a car to pick us up at 3:00 PM for a 6:00 PM match. The drive is only 30 minutes, so we end up waiting for hours at the stadium unnecessarily," he said.
