We continue our match review with an analysis of Evil Geniuses' playing form. In this match, they will have to play the number two and the odds are 5.7 to win the pre-match.
If Gaimin Gladiators earned their status as favorites deservedly, showing the highest level of play, the Evil Geniuses are exactly the same in the role of catch-up.
The team is twice top-two in South America, but cannot match their future rivals in terms of results on the international stage. It's not all bad there, though.
At the Lima Major 2023 Evil Geniuses finished in top 6, one of the best results for the club in recent years. They reached this top spot thanks to a solid roster of top Peruvian players.

However, the roster, although stable in terms of time under one wing, is not the most stable in terms of playing aspects. Some characters have had "blackouts" that were particularly evident in DreamLeague S19.
Within DL S19, EG showed an "average game". If in the first stage they managed to play 10-4 in the group and pass on, then with the beginning of the bo3 matches the performance dropped, and the team's standard headliners, like Pakazs, started to perform chaotically.

Beastmaster and Death Prophet remain at the top of Evil Geniuses' most popular heroes. Both heroes are taken 8 times each and have a good 75% win rate.
After DP and Primal Beast comes Leshrac, and he is most often played in the third position. He has appeared 6 times and has a 66% win rate.
In addition he's picked Marci (5 matches, 60% wins), Templar Assassin (4 matches, 100% wins), and Jakiro (4 matches, 100% win).
