Match forudsigelse: Oh My God - Bilibili Gaming | LoL
NEST 2023Welcome to EGamersWorld.
We are slowly opening the new competitive season of League of Legends with the NEST 2023 play-offs. The NEST 2023 tournament is a national event in China organised by GCA, and its main feature is that it features a mix of LDL and LPL lineups.
Overall, the event can't be called a title event, but the importance of this championship can't be taken away. Potentially, this is where the future stars of the Chinese scene perform, gaining good experience playing in matches against LPL residents.
The championship now has a play-offs stage where BIlibili Gaming and Oh My God are playing, among others. We will talk about this match in more detail.
Let's find out which team will be stronger and as a result will go to the next round of play-offs, where it will play with the winner of the pair FFP - NiP. The loser will be eliminated from the tournament.
Let's go.
Bilibili Gaming form
Let's open the match analysis by analysing Bilibili Gaming's form. In this match they will play in the status of the favourite.
Last season, BLG made a lightning fast break into the top 2 of the Chinese region, thus making their way to the Mid-Season Invitational 2023. Another sensation happened at the international event: BLG made it to the grand finals, only to lose to JD Gaming.
Another plus for BLG is the roster renewed at Long Conference 2023. The club managed to assemble a top company.
- BLG roster: lamb, XUN, Aherusi, Baiye, Xiaoxia.
After a really triumphant half-year, Bilibili Gaming did not slow down at all. The team was the first to reach the LPL Summer 2023 play-offs and also set a local record: the only team in the history of the series to finish the group stage with one defeat.
In the first match of the play-offs, TES faced off. The game was played under the dictation of vice-champions LPL Spring 2023 and BLG beat TES very confidently with a score of 3-1.
In the final of the upper grid Bilibili Gaming played against their principal rival - JD Gaming team. The reigning LPL champions left their colleagues no chance and shut down BLG with a score of 3-0.
Unlike the spring split, BLG had a slightly less confident performance in the summer. The vice-champions of the Mid-Season Invitational 2023 ended the summer split in third place, Ledgeiv in the match to advance to the LNG Esports Grand Final with a 1-3 score.
Bilibili Gaming got a pretty serious opponent in their first match at Worlds 2023. Yagao and company played against South Korea's top 3, KT Rolster, and in a 45 minute battle they were stronger.
Next up was JD Gaming and there was no way to win. However, Ledge and the first team of China, BLG got a "free" round against Fnatic, thus making the score 2-1.
BLG ran into T1 in a 2-1 basket and it didn't bode well for the Chinese club. T1 won and went on to advance, while Bilibili Gaming travelled to the net 2-2.
In the final Swiss clash, they met G2 Esports. Bilibili won 2-1, sending the first team in Europe home. In the first round of play-offs Bilibili Gaming outplayed Gen.G 3-2, taking on Weibo Gaming. In the Chinese derby, Weibo were the stronger team, while BLG finished in the top 4 at the end of Worlds 2023.
At NEST 2023, Bilibili Gaming finished top 2 in Group B. They were stronger than IG and Anyones Legend, but lost to Royal Never Give Up.

Oh My God Form
Let's continue the match analysis with Oh My God's form. In this match they are favourites to win with odds of 1.7.
OMG are not known for their performance, but they have been somewhere in the middle throughout their history. That was also the case in 2022, when OMG were ranked in the top 10 of LPL Summer 2022.
OMG looked much more formidable after the restarts before the start of the 2023 season. Their first big result was a top-4 finish at LPL Spring 2023, and that's quite an accomplishment.
- Oh My God: Flying, can, Linfeng, Starry, Yan .
At the end of LPL Summer 2023, Oh My God finished in the top 8. They advanced to the play-offs, the second round of the main stage where they played against EDward Gaming. They failed to beat the title club, as a result 2-3.
At NEST 2023, Oh My God is not doing so well. They went through the group with the score 1-2, but due to the removal of Edward Gaming from the championship went to the play-offs.

History of head-to-head meetings Oh My God - Bilibili Gaming
Previously, the teams have played each other 3 times during the regular seasons of the LPL. Then, in the main squads, BLG won twice and only once WBG.
Predicted result of Oh My God vs Bilibili Gaming at NEST 2023
I'm expecting a pretty even game in this matchup. If to choose the winner, the more favourable option for me is BLG's victory. Firstly, they have XUN, a core player, playing for them, and secondly, they look much better on NEST 2023 than Oh My God.
Bottom line: BLG win.
