Onur hjælper ikke Leviat án den VCT 2022: Stage 2 Masters Copenhagen
perepelovskyOnur will not be able to help Leviatán on the upcoming VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 2 Masters - Copenhagen. The 35-year-old Argentine specialist received a positive test for coronavirus, which is why he is forced to miss the championship. According to the coach, he can easily fly to Denmark, but Riot Games will ban him from the tournament anyway, imposing its own policy to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
On Tuesday, June 28, I developed symptoms of the coronavirus. I may have contracted it ahead of the weekend in Argentina. On Sunday, July 3, I had a PCR test, which was positive, after only five days of symptoms. From that day on, I follow all the prescriptions on a periodic basis, which have given positive results even on the day after the onset of the first symptoms.
I am currently ending my quarantine which has been 7 days since the onset of the disease and I do not have any symptoms, but the test result continues to be positive. This phenomenon, although rare, occurs when a remnant of the virus continues to live in the body.
I want to emphasize that there are no restrictions from any health authority that would prevent me from traveling. Both Chile and Denmark have allowed me to travel, in this case it is a health policy enforced by Riot Games that does not allow me to participate in the event.
Having exhausted all other options, I have no other choice but to skip the event.
Recall that Onur headed the Chilean team at the beginning of 2022, having moved from KRÜ Esports. In five months, the Argentine specialist managed to bring the team to the first Masters in its history.
