IEM Katowice 2020: Team Liquid is fighting with Evil Geniuses at the match for passing to the playoff

The confrontation between Team Liquid and Virtus.pro turned out without sensations. VP were close to victory on the first map, but, going into overtime, were unable to bring what was started to the end. As a result, they were defeated with a score of 0-2.

In the battle between Evil Geniuses and MAD Lions, the Americans defeated the Danes on the first map, after which the latter managed to draw the game in a draw. Nuke became the weak point of HUNDEN and his teammates, as a result of which MAD Lions were able to take only five rounds and were naturally defeated.

The winners of past matches will compete with each other for reaching the final stage of the tournament.

Intel Extreme Masters Katowice 2020 kicked off on February 24th and will end on March 1st in Katowice, Poland. The venue has traditionally been Spodek Arena, with a total prize pool of $ 500,000. Its division involved 16 participants. The winner will take $ 250,000 with him.
