
Karmine Corp are the RLCS 2022-23 Winter Split Major champions
The final of the Rocket League Championship Series 2022-23 - Winter Split Major, the second Major tournament of the RLCS 2022-23 season, is over. The French team Karmine Corp and the Rocket League team of the American electronic club FaZe Clan faced off in the decisive match. Karmine Corp got the upper hand with a score of 4-2 in a bo7 match.
Karmine Corp started their journey to the Winter Major with Group B. The team defeated Team Falcons, Team Vitality and Dignitas in the group stage. In 9 games itachi and its teammates Ledge managed only one card.

This allowed Karmine Corp to advance to the quarterfinals of the play-offs grid. There they first played Group A representative, G2 Esports, whom Karmine Corp outplayed 4-2. For the final of the tournament they were to face Team Liquid who finished the group stage with a similar result. After beating Liquid, the team reached the final, where they defeated FaZe Clan.

- 9-12 place - Team Falcons, Team Secret, Ground Zero Gaming, Oxygen Esports - $9,000 - 10 RLCS points
- 13-16 place - G1, Dignitas, Gaimin Gladiators, Pioneers - $3,000 - 6 RLCS points
For winning RLCS 2022-23 - Winter Split Major Karmine Corp earned the top prize of $100,000 and 40 RLCS points. For the French team it is already the third win of the year. Earlier the team won RLCS 2022-23 - Winter: EU Regional 1 - Winter Open and RLCS 2022-23 - Winter: EU Regional 2 - Winter Cup.
