ESL One Rio 2020 organizers announced on their Twitter account that they had rescheduled the event to November, and said that the total prize pool was doubled. Now ESL One Rio 2020 is scheduled for November 19-22, and the venue will be the Jeunesse Arena. How the issue regarding the championship participants will be resolved is currently unknown.
Spectators who managed to purchase tickets can use them themselves or return the funds spent on them.
