In the lower bracket, 100 Thieves and Team Heretics will face each other, with the loser leaving the championship in 4th place and earning $75,000 for their team. The winner of the match between 100 Thieves and Team Heretics will then face the loser of the upper bracket match between G2 Esports and Gen.G Esports to determine the second finalist of VCT 2024: Masters Shanghai.
